Can't add an Instagram account

Some errors are pretty common, so we decided to help you to fix them in advance.

Instagram account is already registered with Onlypult

If you see a message that the account was already added before, it must be true. It could have been added before by your co-workers or some other agency.

Each Instagram account gets only one trial period, therefore, if you would like to add this account once again, you just need to pick one of the plans and pay for it – after that the error will disappear and you will be able to continue your work.

If you are sure that an account could not have been added previously, please talk to our support.

Instagram gives me a 404 error when I try to confirm my account

Sometimes such an error occurs on the Instagram side. In this case, just follow these instructions:

  1. Open a new private/incognito window in your browser and log yourself into Onlypult.
  2. Open Instagram in another tab and log yourself into the account that you are adding.
  3. Switch to Onlypult and press “Confirm” – you will be redirected to the Instagram page.
  4. Follow Instagram’s instructions and confirm that it was you with any offered method (e-mail, SMS).
  5. After a successful confirmation, come back to Onlypult and press “Done”.
  6. If you are getting a confirmation request again, do all the steps one more time.

Incorrect login/password

If you are getting an error about an incorrect login or password, then:

  1. Make sure you are using your Instagram login and not your e-mail for your Instagram.
  2. Type your login and password into a plain text editor to make sure that there are no extra symbols or hidden spaces.

“Add” button is not active

Most likely your cache is misbehaving, and so to check if there is an error, open a new private/incognito window in your browser and repeat all the adding account steps.
