Three things stop being your problem

No passwords

Clients and reviewers never touch your social accounts. They see the post, not the login.

No approval chaos

Comments and decisions live on the post they belong to — not in three chats and a spreadsheet.

No manual handoff

An approved post keeps its slot in the schedule and publishes itself. Nothing gets re-typed.

The whole process

Draft, review, approve, publish, report — click a step to see it

Step 04

Every decision is named, timed and kept

Approve, reject or approve part of a batch. The status tells you exactly where the post stands, and the log tells you how it got there.

Who runs on this

Five teams, one approval flow

Agency

Sign-off with the client

Send a week of content on one link. The client approves what's ready and comments on what isn't — without an Onlypult account.

Global team

Different markets, same calendar

Each market approves its own localisation. Central marketing sees the whole schedule and who is still holding it up.

In-house

Editor writes, head of comms approves

Junior editors can prepare anything and publish nothing until the required approver signs off. Roles do the enforcing.

Regulated

A record you can hand to compliance

Finance, pharma and insurance teams keep a dated log of who approved which wording, exportable with the post history.

Reporting

Monthly report nobody has to build

Approved and published work turns into a branded report that leaves for the client on schedule.

Not sure which one is you?

Before and after

What actually changes on Monday morning

Approvals in chats and spreadsheets
Approvals in Onlypult
Feedback arrives in Telegram, email and voice notes, and someone has to merge it
Every comment sits on the post it refers to, in one thread
"Who signed this off?" is answered from memory
A timestamped decision log names every approver and every change
Clients review screenshots and guess how the post will look
A live link shows the real post, per network, on any device
Reviewers ask for the account password to "just check something"
Nobody outside the team touches your social accounts
Approved text is copied by hand into the scheduler — and typos come with it
Approval moves the post straight into its scheduled slot
One unanswered message blocks the whole week's calendar
Partial approval lets the rest of the queue ship on time
Every month starts with rebuilding the client report
A branded scheduled report sends itself to the people you picked
Freelancers keep access long after the project ends
Roles and expiring links end access when the work ends
FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask

Still unclear? Talk to the team — we'll walk your workflow through with you.

Does the client need an Onlypult account?
No. You can send an external review link that opens in any browser. Reviewers who are part of your team get a workspace role instead, so their decisions are tied to a named user.
Can the client edit the post?
Reviewers approve, reject and comment. Editing stays with the people who hold an editor role, so the version history never forks.
Can I require more than one approver?
Yes. Approval can be optional or required, and you can add several approvers to the same post — for example an editor, legal and the client.
What happens when a post is rejected?
It goes back to the editor with the reviewer's comment attached, and it will not publish automatically. Fix it, re-submit, and the approval round starts again from the same screen.
Can a whole batch be approved at once?
Yes — send a week or a campaign as one set. If only part of it is approved, the set is marked partially approved and the approved posts keep their schedule.
How is the external review link protected?
The link carries no access to your social accounts. You control how long it stays valid, whether it needs a password, and you can revoke it the moment the review is over.
Which plans include approvals and white-label reports?
Approvals come with team plans; white-label reports are part of the senior plans built for agencies. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
