Can't add an account

Some errors occur quite often and we have decided to help you cope with them in advance.

A social media account already exists on Onlypult

If you see a message that your account has already been added, it is really added already. As a rule, such accounts could be added before by other companies or your colleagues.

We grant only one trial period for each account, that is why you need to select and pay any of our plans to add such an account again. After that, the error will disappear and you will be able to start working.

If you are sure that the account could not be added before, please contact our Support team.

The Add button is inactive

Most likely, it is related to the browser cash. To check if it is really an error, open Onlypult in incognito mode and repeat the adding procedure.
